SHIPPING RATES

Orders will be shipped via Xend, XpressCourier, or PhilFox, whichever is lower.

To compute for the volume weight, use the following formula:
length(cm) x width(cm) x height(cm)/3500

Terms and Conditions

Please confirm the availability of the item before submitting an order. Submitted order forms are considered FINAL. Submit an order only if you are a SURE buyer. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
A. Buyer will shoulder the shipping fee.
Shipping fee depends on actual weight or volume weight of the order whichever is higher as determined by the courier.
B. Combined shipping is allowed.
C. All items will be shipped thru Xend Express. Items sent via courier may take 1-3 working days for Metro Manila recipients while 3 to 5 working days for those outside Metro Manila. For recipients outside Metro Manila, please note that Xend express is in partner with LBC. Note: Next day dispatch for payments made after 2 pm.
D. Tracking numbers will be sent via email, SMS, and/or PM.
E. We will make sure that the item is in good condition before we send it. We will provide tracking numbers once order has been picked up by the courier. We will not be held liable to any delays, damages, lost of items during transit.
PAYMENT Payment Options: BPI, BDO, Western Union, LBC
A. We require full payment for on-hand items.
B. For pre-orders, we accept full payment or minimum down payment of 50% or 75% depending on the total amount as determined by us. Pay remaining balance upon arrival of orders.
C. Transfer fees and interest for payments sent, if applicable, shall be shouldered by the client.
